cat n box

But this article about Obama's possible puppy choice restores your faith in humanity, no? Or check out this nice doggie cartoon from the Washington Post.

Why stupid cat? I think it's rather brilliant to be able to fit inside a box that looks far too small for it.

I see that half my comment did not appear so here's the rest (I hope):

Ever tried getting into a dress 2 sizes too small for you? I rest my case. ;-)

What is it with cats and boxes, exactly? Or come to that, trying to fit into dresses that are too small and burst at the seams. Which mine are working up to after a an autumn of Shepherd Neame's Late Reds.

Ha ha ha yes that is true, yolanda, I hadn't really thought of it like that. In fact there is probably some important military application such as mine-detecting cat for which this moggie could serve her country.

Talcum powder is the answer to the dress thing, and lead pencil run along the zip. However even this technique the zip breaking once the dress is actually on. As I know from real life. Luckily my autumnal exercise programme and Lent-like giving up of chocolate means that I am now half a stone lighter than this time two months ago and I am about to go out JEANS SHOPPING! IN A SMALLER SIZE! FOR ONCE!
