PUPDATE

You probably thought I just had a short attention span and had got bored of the puppies, but actually they are really my sister's and after she finished working on the film she was on she took them away to her house and hogged them.

However I have got good news which is that Cleve West just emailed me to say his neighbours are having one of the girls! Bizarrely, this is a complete TW1 postcodincidence, I think just due to the fact that he lives about a mile from where I grew up.

But it means I will at least get regularly spy updates from him on the progress of that pup. Hurray!

I would like to make a complaint.
Due to your cavalier (!) approach to posting cute pups with their Mum, I an currently the new owner of a mother cat and 2 kittens still nursing.
So that's the next 15 years of my life taken care of, at least.
I blame you for kick-starting my mummy hormones, and as a direct result the bindweed has taken over everything outside.......

Okay, that is fair enough. Would you like me to send you some free Roundup by way of an apology, or will you actually want it digging out by hand?

Thankyou for your speedy offer of reparation.
My legal team have advised me to hold out for you to arrange Monty to come and dig the bindweed out, but because you seem like a decent sort of chapess, my suggestion is that you come here and babysit the kittens while I dig the bloody stuff out.
(Please bring your own TCP and bandages, as they are not fully trained yet)

Good, but I have to warn you that if I am the kitten sitter, i cannot be held responsible for the snot which will issue forth from my nose onto all your soft furnishings.

Feeble excuse
Have you got photo-evidence of this problem?

emmat said...

Nope, but i could get a note from my doctor?

Oh, OK.
But we could have had fun!

I could just take some antihistamines.

Oh, Emma , old chap!
Tis not to be.
My legal team advise we can't take the risk because of the Elf and Safety Act (Pixies incorporated 1922)
I don't want to boast, but I was so looking forward to showing you round my garden.
I hold the National Collections of docks, nettles, brambles and bindweed, you know.
Perhaps you should just send me money?

I already did send you money. Didn't you get it? What a shame, those thieving posties.

I can see you've done this before
Shall we call it quits?
